8-ball Rules

General 8-ball rules are applicable.

Fouls

A foul is committed in any one of the following occasions:

1) If the cue ball touches a ball, other than legal object ball(solids or stripes).
2) If cue ball does not touch any ball.
3) If any ball jumps off the table.
4) If cue ball is pocketed.

In case of a foul, the opponent player get the cue ball in hand, which he can place anywhere on the table.

Loss of game

1. Fouls when pocketing the 8-ball (exception: 8-Ball Pocketed On The Break).
2. Pockets the 8-ball on the same stroke as the last of his group of balls.
3. Jumps the 8-ball off the table at any time.
4. Pockets the 8-ball in a pocket other than the one designated.
5. Pockets the 8-ball when it is not the legal object ball.

Rules are subject to change. Changes will be updated as and when made.

In case of any discrepancy, the event managers decision is final.
