Mini-Tennis
Mini-Tennis is an event that tests players’ ability to place their strokes and volleys and is to be played only in the service box. In order to excel, players will require a deft touch and finesse in their repertoire, rather than raw power and a powerful serve alone.
Rules
- This game involves 2 people (singles) playing mini-court tennis (only in the service box) where the players cannot smash/hit hard ground strokes. The game is about placement of the strokes/volleys rather than power. Player hitting a shot beyond a certain speed will result in loss of the particular point.
- The tourney will consist of continuous elimination games. The games will be in the form of a Super Tie-Break. A Super Tie-Break means that the winner will have to win 10 points (with a difference of 2 points) to win the game.
- The service will change after 1,3,5... points. The service will be an under arm serve.
- The decision of the referee in the speed and line will be final
